How therapy can help

You may have tried therapy before and found that it did not help in a lasting way, or that the experience left you feeling misunderstood, blamed, or more overwhelmed.

Here, therapy offers space to step back and make sense of the bigger picture with care and without judgment, including patterns such as masking, burnout, sensory overwhelm, and the pressure of trying to keep everything together.

Whether you are late-identified, self-identifying, or still making sense of your experience, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move towards ways of coping that feel more manageable and sustainable.

My approach

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, and trauma-informed.

I offer a warm, collaborative space to make sense of your experiences with care, curiosity, and without judgment.

Therapy is tailored to your needs, goals, and capacity, and we work at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable for you.

Appointments and referrals

Appointments are provided via telehealth for women in Lismore, the Northern Rivers, and across Australia.

You do not need a referral to book. If you would like to access a Medicare rebate, a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral are required.
