I offer consultation for social workers, helping professionals, teachers, school staff, mental health support workers, NDIS support workers, and teams seeking focused input around clinical work, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and broader professional practice.
Consultation is available for individual practitioners as well as teams, schools, and services seeking focused, practical input.
Consultation may be helpful when you want space to think clearly about a client, presentation, piece of work, or broader practice issue, and would value thoughtful, collaborative input that is both reflective and practical.
This may include support with case formulation, clinical decision-making, neurodiversity-affirming practice, therapeutic engagement, responding to complexity, navigating uncertainty, and thinking through broader professional or team-based questions.
I also offer teaching, training, and reflective sessions for teams, services, and workplaces wanting to deepen their understanding of mental health, neurodiversity, and thoughtful practice.
This may include tailored sessions on topics such as ADHD, autism, AuDHD, masking, burnout, supporting neurodivergent clients, or creating more neurodiversity-affirming ways of working.
My approach to consultation is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real-world practice.
I aim to offer clear, relevant input that helps you think through complexity in a focused, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred way.
Consultation is offered as:
Training and education sessions can also be delivered face to face for teams, schools, and services in the Northern Rivers.
If you are looking for consultation, or would like to explore training for your team or service, you are welcome to get in touch to see whether this may be the right fit for your needs.
