Who supervision may be helpful for

Supervision may be helpful if you are:

  • a newly graduated social worker wanting to build confidence and clinical skills
  • a social worker at any stage of experience seeking reflection and support
  • a clinician from another discipline wanting supervision around mental health or practice issues
  • an ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD professional looking for a reflective, affirming supervision space
  • wanting support that takes into account masking, burnout, sensory load, executive functioning differences, and the demands of practice
  • wanting to deepen your understanding of ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and neurodiversity-affirming practice
  • supporting ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD clients and wanting to strengthen your confidence and clinical understanding
  • working with complexity, uncertainty, risk, trauma, chronic distress, or presentations that feel difficult to hold alone
  • navigating workplace challenges, professional dilemmas, or broader practice-related matters
  • wanting support with your AMHSW application
  • looking for support as you establish or grow your private practice

How supervision can support you

I offer clinical supervision for social workers and other helping professionals working in mental health and related fields across Australia. This includes clinicians who are themselves ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD, as well as those wanting to deepen their understanding of neurodivergence and neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Supervision provides a space for reflection, case discussion, ethical decision-making, skill development, and support in managing the demands of the work.

My approach

My approach to supervision is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in real-world practice.

I aim to offer a space where you can think clearly about your work, deepen your clinical understanding, and feel supported in managing the emotional and professional demands of practice.

Where relevant, supervision can also support deeper understanding of ADHD, autism, AuDHD, masking, burnout, and neurodiversity-affirming practice, both in your work with clients and in how you support yourself as a clinician.

Supervision is not only about accountability and skill development. It is also about having space to pause, reflect, and find ways of working that feel sustainable over time.

How supervision is offered

Supervision is offered as:

  • individual supervision
  • group supervision (coming soon)
  • online via telehealth

Supervision can be ongoing, adjunctive, or focused on a particular clinical, ethical, or practice issue.
